The warm welcome of the reception staff and also at departure. The room was very comfortable and spacious and had a large shower room. Bottles of water were provided every day, although I bought my own one at the shop nearby. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices, and you can request an omelette to order. There's also a swimming pool downstairs. Finally, a special thank you to Dogan the front office manager who helped me with all my queries.

I had to urgently book a room on the same day in this area. Considering the short notice, it was a decent experience. 1) The staff upgraded our room from a twin bed to a double bed even though we did not request it. I initially thought the staffs were not kind but, this was not true they were very kind. 2) Facility is old but it was well maintained so it’s clean. 3) Mall of Istanbul is near by which takes 10 to 20 mins by taxi depending on traffic. 4) Breakfast is acceptable if you are ok with marinated vegetables besides that the omelette was edible but has some hygiene issues in my opinion.

All the staff working in hotel Mehmet Fatih, Dogan, Berkant and Ali from Technical were Amazing people we have come across. They made our stay very welcoming and special. They all helped us to all our queries and questions and assisted us very quickly. Hotel is amazing and very clean and this was the best hotel in turkey for us because we travel quite often to Turkey because of our love for culture,history and off course food. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for something special.

The free parking / comfy bed and location if you have a car it’s very good - near mall of Istanbul and the price was a bargain in my opinion . The staff I met was friendly
